Our commitment to the community is demonstrated through significant contributions of our unique product to local non-profit organizations. We limit our charitable contributions to cookie products—not cash —that organizations can use to raise needed revenue through fund-raising events such as raffles or auctions. Please note the following guidelines:
- We ask for a minimum of 30 days notice for any donation request, but advise as much notice as you can give.
- E-mail your request to firstname.lastname@example.org or visit our shoppe to make your request. Please include your organization's name and address and the date of your fundraising event.
- Due to the large volume of requests we receive, our response to any particular donation request is at our sole discretion. We try to fulfill as many requests as possible. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that every donation request will be met.
- Donations are limited to one per organization per year.
- The donation will consist of a gift certificate which can be redeemed for a 5-cookie standard design cookie bouquet (retail value $45). Additionally, we will provide a sign with a picture of a cookie bouquet that can be displayed at the event.
- Cookies by Design will provide a gift certificate with a 1-year expiration date. Expired gift certificates will not be honored.
- A representative of the organization will need to pick up the sign and gift certificate from our shoppe prior to the event date.
