If the order is delivered within our hand-delivery zipcodes, the delivery charge is calculated based on the charge for that zipcode. The charge is for the entire order.
If the order is delivered outside our hand-delivery zipcodes, the delivery charge is $22.00 for the entire order. The order may be transferred to the participating affiliate bakery nearest to the delivery address to ensure fresh cookies with prompt delivery.
If the order is picked up from our shoppe, there is no delivery or handling charge.
All refunds will be credited to the card originally used for the purchase within five business days.
